q: If I live outside the UK, how do I place an order?

We would suggest contacting us on via our
CONTACT FORM and we can arrange for one our transport team to calculate the shipping cost for you. All that we will require is the destination address and will do the rest.

 
q: Shipping Options And Timeframes For Orders:

Here at Sedalgo we will try our best to ship your items the same day but if your item is not in stock this may take a little longer. We use reputable companies to deliver our parcels and they also endeavour to deliver your parcel within the time frame allocated at the time of purchase. If you would like to track you parcel please CONTACT US. Please include your order number within the contact form and we will supply you with the tracking number.

 
q: What happens if I miss my delivery?

If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.

You can change or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched from our depot. Once it has left the depot the only option you will have is to request a return. This can be done by filling out the
